AI Link Submission Assistant (also displayed as “LinkPilot AI”, the “Extension”) is operated by Rico (“I”, “me”, or “my”). This policy explains what information the Extension handles, why it is needed, where it goes, and the choices available to you.

This policy applies to the Chrome extension. It does not replace the privacy policies of websites or AI services you choose to use with it.

1. What the Extension does

The Extension helps you research webpage submission opportunities, analyse page structure, prepare drafts, fill supported form fields, and keep a local task history. It does not bypass logins, CAPTCHAs, website rules, or other access controls. You remain responsible for reviewing the content and deciding whether to submit it.

2. Information processed

Depending on the features you use, the Extension may process:

  • Website and browsing information: target URLs, page titles, canonical URLs, descriptions, headings, visible page text, links, buttons, form structure, field names and labels, and login-related signals.
  • Product and submission material: product URL, name, description, tagline, contact email, developer name, logo, screenshot, features, and text prepared for a comment or submission form.
  • Settings and credentials: your selected AI provider, API endpoint, model, language, custom prompt, memory preference, and API key.
  • Workflow records: saved URL groups, saved products, task states, errors, AI usage counts, page analyses, field mappings, prepared drafts, and reusable page-structure notes.

The page scanner marks password, token, secret, and CAPTCHA fields as sensitive and does not use them as fill targets. However, visible page text can still contain personal or sensitive information. You should not analyse pages containing information you do not want sent to your chosen AI provider.

3. How information is used

The Extension uses this information only to provide its user-facing submission-assistance workflow, including to:

  1. retrieve product material from a URL you provide;
  2. identify possible comment, directory, listing, or backlink submission fields;
  3. prepare an editable draft and field mappings;
  4. fill supported fields on a target webpage;
  5. maintain local settings, histories, saved materials, and reusable page analyses; and
  6. show progress, usage counts, and errors.

I do not use Extension data for advertising, credit decisions, surveillance, or purposes unrelated to the Extension’s disclosed functionality.

4. Local storage and retention

The Extension stores information in chrome.storage.local on your device. This includes the API settings, saved products and URL groups, current and recent runs, page-analysis records, and reusable page notes.

Current code limits recent run history to 50 entries, saved products and URL groups to 50 entries each, and page analyses and reusable notes to 100 entries each. Records remain on the device until they are replaced by newer records, deleted through an available Extension control, cleared through Chrome, or removed when the Extension’s data is deleted or the Extension is uninstalled.

The API key is kept in local Extension storage and is not added to task history. Chrome extension local storage is not a password vault and may not be encrypted at rest. Use a restricted API key where your provider supports one.

5. Transfers to services you choose

The Extension has no Rico-operated server for Extension content and does not sell user data. Information can be transferred in these limited situations:

AI provider

If you configure an API key, the Extension sends requests directly from your browser to the AI endpoint you selected. A request may include page snapshots or visible page text, page and form structure, product material, your language and custom prompt, reusable page notes, and a previous analysis. The API key is sent to that endpoint as an authorisation credential.

The default endpoint is DeepSeek. You may instead configure a service compatible with the OpenAI Chat Completions format. That provider processes and may retain requests under its own terms and privacy policy. Rico does not control the provider you select. If no API key is configured, page analysis uses local rules and is not sent to an AI provider.

Product and target websites

When you ask the Extension to inspect a product URL, your browser requests that URL and the website may receive normal connection data such as your IP address and browser information. When you ask the Extension to fill or submit a target form, the product or submission material is placed into that website and, if you confirm submission, is sent to that website. Each website handles the information under its own policies.

Legal or safety requirement

Because Extension content is not sent to a Rico-operated server, Rico normally cannot access or disclose it. If information is nevertheless lawfully held by Rico, it may be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights, or security.

6. Permissions

The Extension requests Chrome permissions for storage, tabs, scripting, the active tab, the side panel, and access to webpages. These permissions are used to open target pages, inspect page structure, run the visible workflow, fill fields, and save local state. Broad webpage access is needed because users supply their own product and submission URLs; it is not used to build an unrelated browsing history.

7. Security

Network requests use the URL and transport configured by you. Use only trusted HTTPS AI endpoints and HTTPS websites. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so avoid placing passwords, cookies, private keys, confidential records, or other unnecessary sensitive data in custom prompts or product material.

8. Your choices and controls

You can:

  • use local rule-based analysis without an AI API key;
  • choose the AI provider and endpoint;
  • disable reusable page memory;
  • review and edit content before submission;
  • delete individual saved items where the Extension provides that control;
  • replace or remove your API key; and
  • clear the Extension’s local data in Chrome or uninstall the Extension.

For data already sent to an AI provider or target website, contact that provider or website directly to exercise any applicable access or deletion rights.

9. Children

The Extension is a professional website-submission tool and is not directed to children under 13. Rico does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through an Extension server.

10. Chrome Web Store Limited Use

The Extension’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Extension data is used only to provide or improve the Extension’s single, user-facing purpose and related security or reliability functions.

11. Changes

This policy may be updated if the Extension’s features, data practices, or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be revised, and material changes will be disclosed through the Extension, its store listing, or this page as appropriate.

13. Policy-page hosting notice

The website hosting this policy is separate from the Extension. When you visit this page, the hosting provider and the site’s Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics/Speed Insights, and Crisp support tools may receive ordinary website request or usage data under their own policies. This does not give those tools access to information stored inside the Extension.

扩展会将密码、Token、Secret 和验证码字段标记为敏感字段，不把它们当作填写目标。但页面上的可见文字仍可能包含个人或敏感信息，请不要分析您不希望发送给 AI 服务商的页面。

2. 使用目的

上述信息仅用于产品资料提取、页面结构分析、草稿生成、表单填写、本地历史记录以及错误展示。本扩展不用这些信息做广告、信用决策、监控或与明示功能无关的用途。

3. 本地存储与保留

设置、产品资料、网址分组、任务、页面分析和可复用经验保存在您设备上的 chrome.storage.local 中。当前版本最多保留 50 条历史任务、50 个产品、50 个网址分组、100 条页面分析和 100 条经验。数据会保留到被新记录替换、被您删除、通过 Chrome 清除，或卸载扩展为止。

API Key 保存在本地扩展存储中，不会写入任务历史。扩展本地存储不是专用密码库，请尽量使用受限的 API Key。

4. 对外传输

本扩展没有 Rico 自营的内容服务器，也不出售用户数据。

  • AI 服务商： 当您配置 API Key 时，扩展会把页面快照或可见文本、表单结构、产品资料、提示词、可复用经验和上次分析直接发送给您选择的 AI 端点。API Key 作为授权凭证发送给该端点。默认端点为 DeepSeek，您也可使用兼容 OpenAI Chat Completions 的服务。服务商依据其自身条款处理数据。未配置 API Key 时，页面分析使用本地规则。
  • 产品或目标网站： 当您要求读取产品网址时，该网站可能收到 IP 地址、浏览器信息等常规连接数据。当您填写或确认提交表单时，相关产品资料和草稿会发送给该网站。

5. 权限与安全

本扩展使用存储、标签页、页面脚本、当前标签页、侧边栏和网页访问权限，以打开页面、识别表单、填写字段和保存状态。因为目标网址由用户提供，扩展需要较广的页面访问范围，但不会用它建立与功能无关的浏览历史。请只使用可信的 HTTPS AI 端点，并不要在自定义提示词或产品资料中放入密码、Cookie、私钥或其他不必要的敏感数据。

6. 您的选择

您可以不配置 AI Key 而使用本地规则，自行选择 AI 端点，关闭经验记忆，在提交前审阅内容，以及通过 Chrome 清除扩展本地数据或卸载扩展。已发送给 AI 服务商或目标网站的数据，需直接联系该服务商或网站行使相关权利。

7. 儿童隐私

本扩展是专业网站提交工具，不面向 13 岁以下儿童。Rico 不通过扩展自有服务器有意收集儿童个人信息。

8. Chrome Web Store 有限使用承诺

本扩展对从 Google API 获取信息的使用和传输将遵守 Chrome Web Store 用户数据政策，包括其 Limited Use 要求。数据仅用于扩展单一、用户可见的功能及相关安全与可靠性目的。

9. 更新与联系

如果功能、数据处理方式或法律义务发生变化，本页将更新日期，并在适当位置说明重大变化。隐私问题请联系 Rico：[email protected]。

10. 政策页面托管说明

托管本政策的网站与扩展本身分开。访问本页时，托管服务及网站的 Google Analytics、Vercel Analytics/Speed Insights 和 Crisp 客服工具可能收到常规请求或使用数据，但它们无法因此访问扩展内保存的信息。
